Senior product designer · Co-founder, DNNR Tech
I run thewhole product, except the code.
Product designer with 15+ years at Samsung and Amazon, where I designed operating-system experiences, a VR launch, and the AR shopping flow in the Amazon app. Since 2024 I co-run DNNR Tech, a two-person studio with 20+ consumer apps live: I own strategy, UX/UI, brand, store presence, content, and operations. My co-founder writes the code.

Samsung Gear VR: setup and multi-device UX
Cut the first-time setup of Samsung's VR headset from 13 steps to 5, and designed the 3D interaction patterns that let one experience move between the headset and the phone for a global audience of first-time users.

Amazon: View in Your Room
Rebuilt the first-time experience of View in Your Room, the AR feature in the Amazon Shopping app, from an 11-step onboarding to 6, and refreshed the mobile design system underneath it after the Sketch to Figma migration.

DNNR Tech: everything but the code
Co-founded a two-person studio with 20+ consumer apps live on iOS and Android. I own product strategy, UX and interaction design, brand, store presence, content, and operations; my co-founder writes the code.

Tizen OS: platform design system and core apps
Led OS-level interaction principles and the Tizen design system across phones, watches, TVs, and appliances, and designed the core multimedia experiences, Gallery and Photo Editor, with my own hands.
What I own on a product
What I actually own on a product, in the order it happens.
- 01
Product strategy and 0 → 1
What to build, for whom, and what to leave out. Vision, scope, naming, and the first version that can be launched and measured.
- 02
UX and interaction design
Information architecture, flows, onboarding, and the hard edges: hardware constraints, OS rules, permission moments. 13 → 5 setup steps on Gear VR; 11 → 6 on Amazon's AR flow.
- 03
Visual design and brand
Identity, icons, type, color, and the design system that keeps twenty apps looking like one family.
- 04
Store presence and growth assets
App Store and Google Play listings end to end: names, keywords, screenshots, feature graphics, ad placement that doesn't break the product.
- 05
Content and social
Launch copy, UX writing, and the posts, shorts, and pages that bring people to the apps.
- 06
Research, feedback, and operations
Live user conversations, usage data, reviews, and support turned into the next release. The loop that keeps 20+ apps improving.
20+ apps. Two people. One brand.
Every app here is live on the App Store and Google Play. I own the product, UX/UI, brand, store listing, and content for each; my co-founder builds them.

Globalist Notes for HyattHow I work
Habits from platform teams of hundreds, and from a company of two.
- 01
Show the value before the setup
A sample alarm instead of a tutorial; a product in your room before a permission wall. The first screen should prove why the second one is worth it.
- 02
Design for the constraint you were given
VR headsets, watch faces, OS alarm rules, ad SDKs. The design that respects the hardware ships; the one that fights it gets cut.
- 03
Let real users rewrite the roadmap
Reviews, conversations, and retention data outrank my plan. Most of what I remove was my own idea.
